Benny Goodman. 2012. Oil on Panel.He wasn't called the King of Swing for nothing, Goodman popularized a fast-moving style of Jazz that symbolized the Roaring 20's and later influenced the Big Band and Bebop sound's of the 40's and 50's. If you hear a clarinet, it is probably Goodman's.
